Goodwill Achiever of the Year Award

Goodwill Industries International’s Achiever of the Year is a global award that recognizes an individual who has overcome significant barriers to employment and demonstrated exceptional accomplishment, while benefiting from Goodwill’s programs or work environment.

Katherine Yale came to Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan in 2023 looking for a job and help after struggling with addiction and incarceration. We helped her with more that employment – we offered her a second chance at life!
